Welcome to Bozor24! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mobile application operated in Uzbekistan. By accessing or using Bozor24 as a customer, seller, or delivery partner, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to be bound by these Terms.

Introduction

Bozor24 is an online marketplace that connects customers with vendors selling groceries, clothing, electronics, and other items. We also provide a platform for delivery personnel to fulfill orders.

User Roles

1. Customers Customers can browse, order, and pay for products through Bozor24. 2. Sellers Sellers can register to list and manage their products, receive orders, and process payments. 3. Delivery Partners Delivery personnel can register to accept and deliver orders to customers.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts or notices and messages on this site or through the other Bozor24 services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records.

Account Registration

1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register; 2. If you are under 18, you may use the Bozor24 Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian; 3. All information provided must be accurate and up to date; 4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Payments

1. Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways; 2. Sellers receive payments according to our payout schedule and applicable fees; 3. Withdrawal may take up to 10 days; 4. Bozor24 may charge service fees according to the tariff which will be selected during registration. These rates are subject to change by Bozor24; 5. The vendors are responsible for giving receipts for each purchase and sending them with the products; 6. The withdrawal amount is transferred into the vendors’ credit/debit cards or bank acounts when requested but the vendors have to fiscalize the purchases and provide the customers with the receipts; 7. Buyers can find the fiscal receipt with QR code in the “payment information” section which appears right after the compilation of the purchase. It is buyers’ responsibility to save it, because it will not be accessible later, after leaving the page.

Order and Delivery

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary; 2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; 3. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may be canceled or subject to additional delivery fees.

Returns and Refunds

1. Return and refund policies are determined by the individual sellers; 2. Bozor24 may assist in resolving disputes but is not responsible for enforcing return and refund policies.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: 1. Violate any laws or regulations in Uzbekistan; 2. Use Bozor24 for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; 3. Use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under 18 years old), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services, or are a person with whom transactions are prohibited under economic or trade sanctions; 4. Fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in an Bozor24 policy; 5. Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings; 6. Fail to complete delivery, and/or complete any other documentation associated with the sale; 7. Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems; 8. Transfer your Bozor24 account (including feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent; 9. Provide us with content that is false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, libelous, illegal, inappropriate, harmful, or violates and/or infringes the rights of others; 10. Distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; 11. Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Bozor24 or the interests or property of users; 12. Circumvent any technical measures used to provide our Services; 13. Interfere with the functioning of our Services, such as by imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; 14. Infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, database, and/or other intellectual property rights that belong to or are licensed to Bozor24. Some, but not all, actions that may constitute infringement are reproducing, performing, displaying, distributing, copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or preparing derivative works from content that belongs to Bozor24 or someone else; 15. Infringe any Intellectual Property Rights that belong to third parties affected by your use of our Services or post content that does not belong to you; 16. Commercialize any Bozor24 application or any information, data, or software associated with such application, except with the prior express permission of Bozor24; 17. Collect or use information about users without their consent. If an issue arises between a buyer and a seller due to certain reasons (incorrect information about the item, wrong item, etc.), the buyer is privileged to get the store information from the Bozor24. Failure to meet these standards may result in Bozor24 charging sellers additional fees, and/or limiting, restricting, suspending, or downgrading your seller account. If we believe you are violating this Terms and Conditions or any of our policies, or abusing Bozor24 and/or our Services in any way, we may, in our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Services, delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with your account(s), remove, not display, and/or demote listings, reduce or eliminate any discounts, and take technical and/or legal steps to prevent you from using our Services. We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a substantial period of time. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Seller obligations

When listing an item for sale on our Services, you agree that: 1. You assume full responsibility for the item offered and the accuracy and content of the listing and product information, including listing content created using tools offered by Bozor24 or third parties such as translation, image editing, and generative artificial intelligence tools; 2. Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances). Bozor24 can't guarantee exact listing duration; 3. Content that violates any of Bozor24's policies may be modified, obfuscated, or deleted at Bozor24's sole discretion; 4. We may revise listings to supplement, remove, or correct information; 5. To drive a positive user experience, a listing may not appear in some search and browse results regardless of the sort order chosen by the buyer; 6. Metatags and URL links that are included in a listing may be removed or altered; 7. We may provide you with optional information to consider when creating your listings. Such information may be based on the aggregated sales and performance history of similar sold and/or current listings; results may vary for individual listings; 8. You will not sell and will promptly remove all listings for any product recalled by a manufacturer or governmental agency if the sale of the product is prohibited by law or regulation or if the product poses a health or safety hazard as specified by any governmental agency. Bozor24 has no responsibility or liability for the safety or performance of any product that you list or sell using our Services, including any product that is subject to a recall. You are solely responsible for any non-conformity or defect in any product you list or sell using our Services; 9. Bozor24 may publish and promote your listings, including related content such as username, product reviews and feedback, in any format and through any channel; 10. You are responsible for giving receipts for each purchase and sending them with the products.

Buyer Obligations

When buying an item using our Services, you agree that: 1. You are responsible for reading the full item listing before buying; 2. You may pay for items and services using the payment methods that the Bozor24 makes available, and the Bozor24 Payment Entities will manage settlement of the payment to sellers. The Bozor24 will collect the transaction amount on behalf of the seller by charging your selected payment method. 3. In certain instances, your transaction may be declined, frozen, or held for any reason including for suspected fraud, compliance with economic or trade sanctions, in connection with Bozor24's internal risk controls or due to potential violations of any policy of Bozor24, or a policy payment services providers; 4. Bozor24, the Payment Entity or its affiliates may save payment information, such as credit card or debit card numbers, and card expiration dates, entered by you on our Services when you make a purchase, redeem a coupon, or make any other transaction on our Services where card information is entered. Such stored payment information may be used as your default payment method for future transactions on our Services. At any time, you can update your card information or enter new card information, at which point the new card information shall be stored as your default payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information we have on file, and you consent to Bozor24 updating such stored information from time to time based on information provided by you, your bank or other payments services providers. By placing a payment method on file with us, you authorize Bozor24 Payment Entities to charge your payment method(s) for any and all amounts arising from your use of our Services, including charges to recover the proceeds of any fraud perpetrated by you, or charges necessary to recoup amounts refunded to you in error; 5. Buyers generally do not have the right to cancel an order. Buyers can request to cancel an order, and the seller will have 3 days to accept or decline the request.

Copyright

All content included in or made available through any Bozor24 Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Bozor24 or its content suppliers and protected by the Republic of Uzbekistan and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Bozor24 Service is the exclusive property of Bozor24 and protected by the Republic of Uzbekistan and international copyright laws.

Policy Enforcement

When a buyer or seller issue arises, we may consider the user's performance history and the specific circumstances in applying our policies. We may choose to be more lenient with policy enforcement in an effort to do the right thing for both buyers and sellers. The foregoing does not limit or impair our right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone, or to terminate this agreement with anyone, for any reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that you are making use of our services at your own risk. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Bozor24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the performance of sellers or delivery partners. Bozor24 attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Bozor24 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Bozor24 Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by sellers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition to the sellers.

Changes to Terms
