Bozor24 strives to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness to our sellers and delivery partners. Bazar24 only acts as a link between the seller, buyer, and delivery supplier.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases: 1. The item delivered is damaged, expired, or defective. 2. You received the wrong product. 3. The item is missing from your order. 4. The product was delivered too late from the promised delivery timeframe and cannot be rescheduled. 5. The order was canceled before confirmation. Refunds are not applicable for: 1. Change of mind after delivery. 2. Products that have been used, unsealed, or damaged by the customer. 3. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund: 1. Contact our customer support team via the Bozor24 app, website, or helpline within 48 hours of delivery. 2. Provide order details and, if applicable, photos or video evidence of the issue. 3. Our team will verify the issue and process your request within 1–15 business days.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will normally be issued as credits to Bozor24 app account wallet. But if the buyer wants the refund in the form of original payment, they can contact Bozor24 support center. Refunds may take 1–30 business days depending on the negotiation with the seller and the condition of the returned goods as well as payment method. When refund is approved, the refund amount is born from the seller’s wallet. If there are not enough resources in the wallet, the refund amount will be deducted from the future wallet money of the seller.

Special Conditions

1. For perishable goods (e.g., groceries), refund eligibility is assessed based on delivery time and product condition. 2. Partial refunds may be provided if only part of the order is affected. 3. In case of repeated refund requests or suspected abuse, Bozor24 reserves the right to deny future refunds. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of Bozor24 constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
